Terms of Service

The service. V3TR4 Ltd ("V3TR4", "we") provides a bespoke business research service: on your order we compile a list of business contacts matched to buyer segments you confirm, from licensed third-party business data providers and publicly available sources. You are buying the output of that research, performed at the time of your order — not access to a database.

Delivery and refunds. Typical delivery is under 15 minutes; delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours or your payment is refunded in full. If we cannot fill your ordered count within your confirmed segments, the shortfall is refunded pro-rata at the marginal rate you paid, automatically. If we cannot identify viable segments for your business, you receive a full refund. Because each order is bespoke research and fulfilment begins immediately, there is no cooling-off period once fulfilment starts.

Email quality. Emails are verified at the point of delivery. If more than 10% hard-bounce within 14 days of delivery, send us your bounce log and we will replace the affected contacts or credit them.

Your obligations. You confirm you are buying for a business. On delivery you become the data controller for your own outreach: contact people in a business capacity, identify who you are, and honour opt-outs. You may not resell the delivered list.

Our commitments. We honour erasure requests permanently across all customers, and we never resell your delivered list to any other customer.

Pricing and tax. Prices are in GBP, exclusive of VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable. Payment is taken by card via Stripe before fulfilment begins.
